1. Service Scope
Light Animation agrees to deliver custom 2D/3D animation, web development, Odoo customization, or digital marketing in accordance with signed proposals. Scope extensions will be subject to addendum pricing.
2. Client Approvals & Revisions
Timely feedback is essential to meet schedule deadlines. Each milestone package includes a set number of review rounds (typically 3 rounds). Additional rounds are billed hourly.
3. Payment & Billing Schedules
Invoices are issued according to project milestones. Standard terms require payment within 7 days of invoice date. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest fees or service pauses.
4. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT CLAUSE
Light Animation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including server outages, ad budget volatility, or search algorithm ranking fluctuations.
