1. Project Scope & Onboarding Payments
All initial payments or booking deposits for creative storyboards, web design layouts, and technical specifications are non-refundable as they cover structural project onboarding and resource allocation.
2. Milestone Clearances
Once a project milestone (e.g. storyboard approval, draft render, web front-end development) is signed off by the client, the corresponding payment is deemed fully earned and is non-refundable.
3. Project Cancellation
IMPORTANT CLAUSE
Clients may cancel a project SLA by providing 14 days written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client will be billed for work completed up to the date of termination.
4. Post-Delivery SLA Support
No refunds are issued after final delivery files or databases have been transferred. Retainer SLAs can be managed month-to-month.
