The short answer

What does a corporate branding agency do?

A corporate branding agency redesigns the identity of an established company or group: it audits how the brand is used today, decides between a refresh and a full rebrand, sets out how the parent brand and its divisions or sub-brands relate, and delivers the identity system, brand manual and production files for rolling it out.

It is for organizations whose look has drifted over the years: a logo redrawn by every printer, each branch using its own letterhead, a new division with a mark that does not fit, or a merger that left two identities side by side. Customers and staff see several companies where there should be one.

The work is less about a new logo and more about a system that hundreds of people can use correctly. A new business without an existing brand is better served by our brand identity design service, and day-to-day design work after the rebrand can run through graphic design support.

Corporate Branding is one of our design and creative services, so your logo, print, packaging, website and social posts can come from one team and share one look.

  • Clear structure for divisions and sub-brands
  • A manual teams actually use
  • Templates for every department
  • Files ready for signage and print vendors

Jaipur

Corporate Branding in Jaipur

A rebrand for an established company involves many people: directors, department heads, branch managers and the vendors who produce signage and stationery. From our office in Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, where we have been since 2010, we can run the brand audit workshops in person with Jaipur companies and business groups, visit offices and showrooms to see how the brand is used today, and plan the rollout across signage, vehicles and uniforms with your local suppliers. We handle corporate branding the same way for companies across India and in the USA.

How a rebrand runs

How we run a corporate rebrand

A rebrand touches many teams, so decisions are made in a fixed order with a named review group.

  1. 01

    Audit and stakeholder interviews

We collect current materials and talk to management, sales and the teams that produce brand material every day.

  2. 02

    Strategy and architecture

We agree refresh or rebrand, what stays, and how divisions and sub-brands will sit under the parent brand.

  3. 03

    Identity concepts

Two or three directions are shown applied to real items: a letterhead, a signboard, a slide and a website header.

  4. 04

    Refinement and applications

The chosen direction is refined and tested across sub-brands, languages, small sizes and large formats.

  5. 05

    Brand manual

The guidelines are written and designed, covering the situations your teams and vendors actually meet.

  6. 06

    Templates and production files

Stationery, document templates and signage or vehicle files are prepared for each department and vendor.

  7. 07

    Rollout and handover

Changes go live in the agreed order, and the asset library and source files are handed over after final payment.

Cost factors

What drives the cost of corporate branding?

Two companies of the same size can need very different rebrands. These are the inputs we price.

Refresh or full rebrand

Modernizing an existing mark is a smaller job than replacing the identity entirely.

Sub-brands and divisions

Each division, product brand or partner lockup adds design, testing and manual pages.

Departments and templates

The number of document, presentation and form templates needed across the company.

Physical applications

Signage, interiors, vehicles, uniforms and packaging each need their own production files.

Languages and regions

Hindi, regional or other-language versions of the logo and templates.

Review group and approvals

More stakeholders and approval layers mean more presentations and review rounds.

The estimate is free. After a short discovery call you receive a written scope with a fixed price per stage, paid as an advance and the balance on sign-off of each stage.

Agency or freelancer

Branding agency vs a freelance designer for a rebrand

A capable freelancer can design a strong logo. A company-wide rebrand usually needs more hands and more process.

Branding agencyFreelance designer
Fit for the scope Audit, architecture, manual, templates and production files from one team Strong on the logo; large rollouts can stretch one person
Upfront cost Higher, fixed per stage after the audit Usually lower
Time to start After discovery and a written scope Often quicker to begin
Stakeholder reviews Structured presentations to a named review group Depends on the individual
Ownership Rights and source files transfer after payment Depends on the agreement
Best for Groups with several divisions, locations or vendors Smaller companies with a simple structure

Why work with us

Why companies choose Light Animation for corporate branding

How we keep a company-wide rebrand under control.

Stages with fixed prices

Audit, identity, manual and rollout files are scoped and priced as separate stages, so approvals stay manageable.

Formats your vendors accept

Standard Illustrator, InDesign and Office files, so printers, sign makers and other agencies can work from them.

Design, web and video in one studio

The same team can restyle your website and produce the launch video, keeping the rollout consistent.

Confidential until launch

An NDA can be signed before you share merger plans, new names or internal documents.

Decisions based on the audit

What to keep and what to change comes from how your brand is actually used, not from taste alone.

Files ready for trademark filing

Logo artwork is supplied in the formats a filing needs; registration and legal checks stay with your advisers.

FAQ

Corporate branding FAQs

Refresh or rebrand, timing, cost, architecture, approvals and rollout.

Projects and pricing

Fit, timelines, cost and formats

01

Should we refresh our brand or go for a full corporate rebrand?

A refresh keeps what customers recognize, such as the symbol or color, and fixes proportions, typography and consistency. A full rebrand replaces the identity. We usually recommend a refresh when the current brand is well known and trusted, and a rebrand after a merger, a major change in what the company does, or when the old identity actively misleads customers.
02

How long does a corporate rebrand take from audit to rollout?

The audit, identity system, brand manual and core stationery usually take six to ten weeks, depending on the number of divisions and how many review rounds your approval process needs. Rollout across signage, vehicles, uniforms and digital channels follows sign-off and is scheduled with your teams and vendors, often in phases by location.
03

What drives the cost of a corporate branding project?

Whether it is a refresh or a full rebrand, the number of sub-brands and divisions, how many department templates are needed, physical applications such as signage and vehicles, language versions, and the size of the review group. We quote after a short discovery call with a fixed price per stage, so you can approve the audit and identity before committing to rollout work.
04

What is brand architecture, and does our company need it?

Brand architecture is the rule for how a parent company, its divisions and its products are named and shown together. Some groups use one master brand everywhere, others keep separate brands with a small endorsement, and many sit in between. If you have more than one business line, product brand or partner lockup, deciding this early prevents a new mixed set of logos later.

Working with us

Revisions, files, rights and NDAs

05

How do you handle approvals when several directors are involved?

We agree a review group and a decision-maker at the start, present each stage to that group together, and collect consolidated feedback in one document or in Figma comments. Concepts are shown applied to real company items, which makes discussions more concrete. The number of review rounds per stage is written into the scope so the schedule holds.
06

Can you manage the new identity across offices, signage and vehicles?

We prepare production files for signboards, interiors, vehicle wraps and uniforms to each vendor's specification, check their proofs, and keep a rollout schedule by location. Fabrication, printing and installation are done and billed by your vendors, or by vendors we suggest. A rollout retainer covers the artwork requests that come in while every site changes over.
07

Who owns the brand manual and identity files after the rebrand?

Your company does. After the final payment, the rights and all source files transfer to you: vector logos, the brand manual, templates and production artwork. Your team, other agencies and future suppliers can use and extend them without a license from us. Trademark searches and registration of the new marks are handled by your legal advisers.
08

Can you work alongside our marketing team and advertising agency?

Yes. Corporate projects usually involve an internal marketing or communications team and often other agencies. We agree who does what at the start, share work in one place for comments, and hand over files in the formats your partners use. After launch we can review their work against the manual. An NDA can be signed before any confidential material is shared.
